Couples or 2 female working professionals are welcome Available from 1st November 2025 Minimum 6 months stay 1 + 1 deposit plus rental The common room features: - Newly painted - Furnished with a comfortable bed,dressing mirror and spacious wardrobe (we will buying a brand new bed) - Air conditioning with ceiling fan and high-speed Wi-Fi included - Conveniently located near Ang Mo Kio Mrt Station which is 2 bus stops away and a lot of bus services below our block 2 bus stops to AMK hub - just cross the overhead bridge below our block to Nearby Amenities: grocery stores, hawker centers,food court, market,Macdonald, dominos pizza, private clinics,TCM spa,Sri Murugan indian store alot more.. - Light cooking is allowed Examples: boiling noodles, making simple meals, no heavy frying or strong-smelling spices. no pork or beef -strictly no visitors no smoking no alcohol no hanging or drying clothes outside the house - The room and common toilet must be kept clean at all times as it's our new resale house which we just moved in. We value a peaceful and clean living environment and are excited to share our new home with the right person.
