$900 SGD including utilities. You have your own toilet. Only light cooking is allowed. The room is simple and straightforward, and includes a queen-size bed, study table, wardrobe, and bag organizer.
Laundry can be done twice a week. There is a nearby 24-hour laundromat downstairs. A clinic and hawker centre are also downstairs. It is one bus stop away from the MRT to Hougang, and three bus stops to Kovan.
You will stay with the lady landlord. She is friendly and there will be minimal interaction. She has a cute dog, which stays inside her room.
House rules are not too strict. So if you are looking for an affordable, simple place to stay, feel free to arrange a viewing. A weekly helper cleans the common areas and toilet – you only need to clean your own room.
