Usual day you will only see me on weekend night as i have full day work from 9-8pm. For weekdays, I only be home in the morning and afternoon. So basically you hardly see me at home if you are working office hours. 😎 Very convenient with 3 supermarkets (Including ntuc, shengshiong, prime and Angmo supermarket). But she is a very quiet and organized person and easy to communicate with! Also: 1) 3mins walk to Meridian lrt (5mins lrt to punggol mrt) 2) Walking distance 8mins to TPE bus stop (A few buses to woodlands, Yishun, Sengkang changi and tampines…) My place near TPE so there are two direct bus to airport in 30mins, also there are direct bus to yishun, woodlands, tanah merah, tampines and pasir ris all in 30mins. 3) Direct bus or mrt to bartley about 40-45mins or go serangoon only 30mins. No visitors No smoking No pets Very quiet environment as only has 3 ladies in the house (1 lady owner, 1 lady tenant and you only). Once again, Include all utilities, aircon and wifi. All appliances in the kitchen can use as long as cooking with no oil.
