1) Can use washing machine twice per week and light cooking (cook instant noodles or you want use microwave is fine too)
2) Share toilet with the other single tenant in another room. So, each of you just need to take turn to wash the shared toilet every two weeks (each person once a month only). If any guests using the toilet, i will clean for you. No worries.
3) Spacious room so you can put your luggages in the room (under windows enough depth for you to put big luggage). The big room will add 2.4m height wardrobe
4) suitable to those who works at airport or need to travel JB often (woodlands) as the direct bus travel only needs 30mins through TPE. Save Grab if you are taking midnight flight😅
5) This flat is corner unit so outside has a big space for you to put your bike if you have or hang your clothes or bedsheet outside if you need.
6) You almost have full freedom as I will be away for a week every three months and 2 weeks during school holiday. Usual day you will only see me on weekend night as i have full day work from 9-8pm. For weekdays, I only be home in the morning and afternoon. So basically you hardly see me at home if you are working office hours.
😎 Very convenient with 3 supermarkets (Including ntuc, shengshiong, prime and Angmo supermarket). Also, three big food courts like Happy Hawkers Food Court and kopitiam. All these just 5-10mins away. Also, midnight mcdonald at punggol plaza which is just 10mins away.
Remarks:
1) $1150 Big room with 2.4m height wardobe
At least 1 year lease.
2) Currently there is a tenant staying in the room till end of February. So, the room will be available to rent from March onwards. Do PM me for arranging room viewing so i can check with the tenant if she is comfortable to let people do a quick room viewing. Otherwise, you can always feel free to view the house environment here.
3) The other tenant is at her early 30s also work as a professional and sometimes work from home. But she is a very quiet and organized person and easy to communicate with!

1) 3mins walk to Meridian lrt (5mins lrt to punggol mrt)
2) Walking distance 8mins to TPE bus stop (A few buses to woodlands, Yishun, Sengkang changi and tampines…) My place near TPE so there are two direct bus to airport in 30mins, also there are direct bus to yishun, woodlands, tanah merah, tampines and pasir ris all in 30mins.
3) Direct bus or mrt to bartley about 40-45mins or go serangoon only 30mins.

No smoking
No pets
Very quiet environment as only has 3 ladies in the house (1 lady owner, 1 lady tenant and you only).
Once again, Include all utilities, aircon and wifi. All appliances in the kitchen can use as long as cooking with no oil.
