Room is small and is 4pax. rent is expensive as utilities for condo is quite expensive. So 600 is include utilities. Wifi is also provided. You can do light cooking but you need to buy your own items because im unable to share non halal pan. There's also a swimming pool on the 3rd floor. Please put your shoes outside and clear your rubbish everyday. There is a rubbish chute right outside the house. This is to ensure the house is clean and comfortable for everyone
