No heavy cooking (microwave & kettle only), use your own utensils - No beef to be stored in the fridge or microwave - You want to eat in the room is fine by us.

Laundry once a week - take turns respectfully -
Common toilet used by tenants only, keep clean - Owner has part time maid to clean bi-weekly too.
Cat-friendly home - 1 friendly orange cat, she will not disturb and do her own things.
Suitable for neat and respectful tenant.
