Room is fully furnished with bed. Air conditioner, cupboards and lots of storage to keep your belongings. We have a cozy and spacious living room, dining + kitchen area where you can cook. Bathroom shares with another girl. There's a nearby: ✔️PRIME supermarket (super convenient) ✔️clinics (more than one!) ✔️kopitiam ✔️newly opened Woodleigh Mall and park Nearest MRT would be Woodleigh, Mattar, and Aljunied, 6 bus stops away to NEX Serangoon and 15mins to downtown. Buses are 135, 155 and 100 (going straight to Lavender/Bugis/Raffles). POSTAL: 360013 There's no agent fee, no owner staying and we have no strict rules as long as we respect each other. Common room is up for rent, min 1 year. Rent is SGD1,100/month excluding PUB, Internet, cleaner. Required: 1 month deposit, 1 month advance.
