House Rules & Rental Information
- Move-in Availability: Ready to move in
- Preferred Gender: Open to all genders, owner is male
- Utilities (PUB): Included, capped at $180 per month
- Internet: Included
- Air-conditioning: Usage permitted from 7:00
PM to 11:00 AM daily
- Maintenance: General servicing will be covered by the landlord. However, any chemical wash or repairs arising from excessive usage, including air-conditioning leaks requiring additional cleaning, will be borne by the tenant.
- Washing Machine Usage: Usage is limited to the tenants allocated day, either Sunday or Tuesday.
- Visitors: Visitors are allowed with prior notice to the landlord.
- Pets: Not allowed
- Cooking: Light cooking only. Oil-based cooking is not permitted.
- Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the nome.
- Drinking: Permitted, provided consideration is given to other occupants.
