Rental includes wifi, utilities capped up to $80 per room per month and weekly cleaning of room (vacum and mop floor only) and common areas.
Extra Charges as follows for each room:
1.1-time Admin fee/clean out fee $300
2.AC maintenance $35 per quarter or $140 per year
