I am a single Chinese Malaysian PR looking for a housemate to replace my current one.
Our house is located 5 minutes covered walkway from Dakota MRT station, right beside Old Airport Road Hawker Centre.
My rental house is a newly fully renovated 3room with utility room HDB with built in furniture.
The room is a big common size bedroom around 150sqft with the following furnitures
1. New AC
2. Built in Huge Wardrobe
3. New King Sized Bed
4. Cabinet
Move in date: Late October 2026 or 1st November 2026
I am looking for a new housemate with the same vibes and mainly must be a pet lover as I have a very cute blue white british short hair housemate!
Only rule for this house is to live together peacefully.
The rental is $3.1k a month, so it will be split between both of us.
