- 1 common room available in July 2026 (portable Aircon available if needed) available for rental ( females pairs, couples going for 1 yr contract preferred ) Toilet sharing with 1 tenant currently only/besides that all tenants will be using shared washing machine placed in common toilet.

Do note photos are taken quite some time back, so probably lesser necessities shown, however condition remains the same.
Fully furnished with mattresses bedframes,pillows, tables. WIFI is inclusive FOC. Beautifully renovated bathrooms, new cupboards and newly painted walls with new windows.
Cooking allowed in room with provided induction cooker. ( However if spoiled, tenant to get a replacement )
Fridge, Microwave, toaster, water boiler for drinking, instant water heater for shower, microwavable plastic plates & bowls provided.
Visitors allowed, but must pre-empt owner beforehand, and if owner allows only. (usually will be allowed.) Night visiting by males not advisable, but can be discussed.
Pets to be discussed if any.
Smoking is allowed, unless tenants have strong objections. Can be discussed.
