Hi, I’m looking for a male tenant to share a room at my mum’s house. Muslim preferred, as the household observes halal food practices.
The room is fully furnished and shared within a 2-person household. We are a friendly and easygoing Muslim family. There are some house rules to follow, and as long as they’re respected, your stay will be comfortable and enjoyable. We treat our tenants like family, depending on mutual respect.
Location & Transport:
Centrally located, making it convenient to travel around Singapore.
Well-served by buses, so daily commuting is easy and budget-friendly.
If you need to take the MRT, it’s roughly a 12-minute walk to Boon Keng MRT.
