Description
Firstly, no agents please, I'm not keen on paying someone since I have some time on my hands to handle it.
First time renting out a common bedroom (used to be my study) in my cosy HDB. I'm still staying in it in the other bedroom. I've seen many posts saying you should not rent a place where the owner is staying in too, but that's how you know you're gonna get a place in the best condition at all times isn't it?
I'm a Singaporean Chinese single millennial male professional who's looking for fellow professionals to vibe with. If it helps with your decision making, I'm an ENFP.
What you're getting is a common room in a 3I HDB flat that has only one bathroom and one toilet bowl. I've also carved out a vanity in the utility area so I don't forsee any fighting for the toilet in the mornings.
Go ahead and cook whatever you want as long as you do the dishes after and we'll just activate the robot to do the mopping after, and if you want I can do breakfast every morning too (only eggs on the menu though)
Utility, AC, wifi, washer+dryer, whatever I use, all included. I guess I'm not looking for a tenant, just maybe someone who'll co-own everything with me. I'll provide the ac maintenance once every quarter.
The room is currently empty with a desk, a Hinomi ergonomic chair, a 27" monitor, and a 55" old TV (if we align on media habits feel free to join me in the living room). I don't have a bed and a wardrobe yet but we can decide who'll buy it if you like the place and more important if we hit it off.
Price is also flexible, even though what I listed is probably the median of what I expect as a fair rental depending on your lifestyle.
Just start a chat and we'll take it from there!
