Common Room for Rent – HDB Flat (Owner-Occupied)
🐾 Pet-Friendly Home: We have a friendly dog and a cat, both mild-tempered and well-behaved — ideal for tenants who are comfortable around animals.
👥 Eligibility: Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, or valid Work Pass holders only (HDB regulation).
💰 Rent:
1 pax (female only): $1,000/month + utilities (PUB)
2 pax (couple/mixed gender): $1,200/month + utilities (PUB)
🔒 Security Deposit: 1 month's rent for a 6-month lease (amount depends on single/double occupancy).
📅 Availability: Room will be furnished after lease confirmation — not available for immediate move-in.
