I have 2 common bedrooms like this: 1. Super single bed size (1 BR for 1 pax only). 2. ⁠Size of the bedroom is 3.30m x 2.45m. 3. ⁠Prefer tenant : Ladies only - to be convinient for my wife when I am on business travel. 4. ⁠Suitable for Cabin Crew (b'coz location is very near airport, nearest MRT is Upper Changi). 5. ⁠Condo name is Tropicana Condominium. 6. ⁠Living Rm, Dining Rm, Kitchen (light cooking only for tenant) and Washing Machine are sharing with Landlord. 7. ⁠Toilet level 1 is only for tenants and guests. 8. ⁠Landlord (Family of 4) stay at level 2. 9. ⁠All furnitures are brand new and house just finished renovation. 10. ⁠One Bedroom has small window : S$1200/mth (incl. PUB, WiFi & condo maintenance). 11. ⁠One Bedroom no window : S$1100/mth (incl. PUB, WiFi & condo maintenance). 12. We subscribe with a regular bi-weekly cleaner to clean up toilets and our house. This is included in the monthly rental fee as an additional benefit. 13. Tenants will need to take care and maintain cleanliness at common/sharing area (kitchen, toilet Lv.1 share with other tenant, living room and dining room). 14. No smoking, No illegal Drug and No Vaping in the house at all times. 15. No overnight visitors, guests, family or relatives due to not enough space in the bedroom. 16.
