It is also very near to Tampines west mrt, around 5 minutes walk, very convenient if you take mrt often. There is a supermarket and food court nearby, along with other utilities like clinic, dentist, and barber shop. There is a garden on the 5th floor, with exercise facilities, there is a staircase connected to more exercising facilities down at level 2, on other blocks. The area is very quiet in general, with not many cars passing by, but occasionally, Temasak Poly may host some events which can be a little noisy.
