We are Renting out our Room Just a Common Room but our room are quite big ↪️ Prefered Chinese Lady or Other country are ok tooo ~ as My mom always alone at home so it's best to be Chinese as well It's A 4Room Flat here, at Blk 288_ A/B/D_or F ps; (pm i will say) Bukit Batok 3 Bus Stop away from Bukit Batok Mrt Station Only walkable distance. of cause there is alot of bus to Mrt Station 🚉. and Haves 2 Bus Stop, to reach us/within us. No worries, it's not near the Main road...so 1days will not have more 10car in infact not more than 5car ♥️;? Only looking for Female Tanant No Aircon No cooking ~~ With new fan which we just brought noworriess, our room are very windy and cooling room Nearby a coffee shop(just removed) so don't have ): / buts have an 7eleven and 🚶🏼‍♀️🚶‍♂️walk a cross's an Light traffic light, there is an Market and Sheng shiong (newly opened) No agent feee needed, but if you had yr owwn agent are welcomed tooo prefered stay at least 1year thanks!!😊🎀 This room couldnt Move in Immediately,Only this month end fastest or 3sept den while $650 the bigger room can move in Immediately hehehx😗 Anything samee like, floralxpiggy selling Can text Tele gram "mfloralxpiggy" or WA at 8175 8606
