This is a newly renovated 3 bedroom unit. The owner (Chinese male) which is myself, is staying in the master bedroom. One of the common bedroom is occupied by another male Chinese Malaysia tenant. I have a parrot which he will be out of the cage when I’m at home. So the tenant needs to be comfortable with staying with a parrot.
