Description
1. The Landlord shall be keeping One (1) room for his own usage throughout the period of the Tenancy.
2. The Tenant shall not bring pets and guests to the said premise or produce loud noises that disturb the Neighbours.
3. The Tenant is allowed to turn on and use the air-conditioning unit in the Room for up to Eight (8) hours a day.
4. Charges for SP Service (Electricity, Water and Gas) shall be paid by the Landlord for up to SGD 80 per pax. Else, the bill will be shared between all the tenants based on the number of pax. Total bill - (S$80 x Total No. of pax in the house) = Amount of Excess to be shared.
5. Internet (WiFi) will be provided and paid by the Landlord.
6. Quarterly (3 months) servicing of Air-Conditioning Unit in the Room will be paid by the Tenant. The Tenant shall provide receipt of servicing or service contract to the Landlord.
