- 1st common room available in June 2026 (portable Aircon available if needed) available for rental ( females pairs, couples preferred ) Toilet sharing with 2 tenants currently only/except that all tenants will be using shared washing machine placed in common toilet.

Fully furnished with mattresses bedframes, pillows, tables. WIFI is available FOC, but is not part of contract. Beautifully renovated bathrooms, new cupboards and newly painted walls with new windows.
Cooking allowed in room with provided induction cooker. ( However if spoiled, tenant to get a replacement )
Fridge, Microwave, toaster and microwavable plastic plates bowls provided.
Visitors allowed, but must pre-empt owner beforehand, and if owner allows only. (usually will be allowed.) Night visiting by males not advisable, but can be discussed.
Pets to be discussed if any.
Smoking is allowed, unless tenants have strong objections. Can be discussed.
