Common Room with shared common bathroom for 1 pax.
1. STRICTLY NO SMOKING, NO PETS AND NO GUESTS in the premise.
2. Private room, co-living space in the common area.
3. The Tenant shall not produce loud noises that disturb the Neighbours.
4. The Tenant is allowed to turn on and use the air-conditioning unit in the Room for up to Eight (8) hours a day.
5. Charges for SP Service (Electricity, Water and Gas) and Internet (WiFi) will be provided and paid by the Landlord.
6. Quarterly (3 months) servicing of the Air-Conditioning Unit in the Room will be paid by the Tenant. The Tenant shall provide receipt of servicing or service contract to the Landlord.
7. Cooking is allowed, but ensure that utensils and area are cleaned and washed up after use.
* MINIMUM Tenancy period of 6 months is legally required.
