Generously sized, fully furnished room in an owner-occupied local Indian family home in Bukit Batok. Plenty of open space for relaxing, working or studying, while still having your own privacy.

• Large wardrobe + full-length mirror
• Air-conditioning + fan
• Wi-Fi & utilities included
• Weekly shared bathroom cleaning
• Washing machine
• Microwave, kettle & hot water available
• Optional curtain divider for added privacy
Rent: $1,000/month, all-inclusive (negotiable)
Long-term stay preferred.
Light cooking can be discussed. We don't cook beef or pork in the home, but you're welcome to buy and consume them.
About the household
We're a local Indian family with an elderly mum, working adults and a helper. Everyone has different schedules and we generally keep to ourselves while respecting each other's privacy.
We also have 2 lorikeets 🦜🦜, so you'll need to be comfortable with birds.
Female preferred due to our household arrangement. We're mainly looking for someone respectful, responsible and easy-going who will be a good fit with the household.
