I’m renting out two common bedrooms in my newly renovated HDB flat since moving in, in August 2025.
I’ll be staying in the master bedroom, so you’ll be sharing the home with a friendly, easygoing working professional.
About the neighborhood:
Located near AMK MRT and 2 stops away from mayflower MRT, very accessible with multiple bus stops located nearby.
Wet market, Coffeeshops, convenient shops, clinics are located within walking distance from the block.
There's a park and multiple gyms located nearby for Fitness enthusiasts
About the home:
4-room HDB flat
Shared common bathroom amongst the tenants
Fully equipped kitchen – light cooking welcome as long as we all clean up accordingly after.
As this is an Indian household, you won't be able to cook pork or beef but you can eat it in your room :)
Chill, comfortable living space so i am looking forward to share my home with like minded individuals who share the same sentiments.
What’s included:
Utilities, aircon, WiFi.
Washing machine and laundry rack in each room
Regular aircon servicing (every 4 months)
Once a month, i will engage a helper to clean the house and the toilets.
Apart from that, everything else is a shared responsibility together.
About the Rooms:
Both rooms come furnished with either a super single bed + mattress or Queen bed + mattress, study desk, chair + wardrobe and tenants share a separate fridge to store their items.
