Hello!
We are looking for a fourth roommate to live with us at the *Lakeview Estate* starting March 1!
We are both not-so-young professionals in the tech space, working mostly from home but do travel often. We love cleanliness, cooking, movies and gaming. Visitors/cooking allowed, no weird rules and no landlord staying.
Other details:
- shared bathroom with 2 more persons
- Room comes with bed frame, table & wardrobe (bed can be provided if required)
- Facing MacRitchie Reservoir so lots of greeneries that's good for your eyes
- 2 cats are here with me so beware and make sure you are comfortable with cats roaming around the house
- Already fully equipped with furniture so technically all you need to do is move in with your luggage!
Around the area has anything you may want: we have bars, a park, hawker centres and everything in between within walking distance. Thomson Plaza is ~15 min away (walking distance). 2 MRT stops (Yellow and Brown lines) and excellent bus connectivity.
