Utilities monthly to be shared amongst tenants. Garden, kitchen, living area, garage etc available for tenants to use. Visitors allowed. Cooking allowed. Sharing with 1 male tenant who travels a lot for work (hardly around), and looking to share costs for the house. House has cats, not suitable for those allergic or intolerant to animals.
