Common Room for Rent / 普通房出租 Before you express interest and message the house owner, please note the following: 1. This room available for immediate move in. 2. We are looking for only ONE person(prefer Chinese only), *a dog lover* to take this room. This is a COMMON ROOM. There is an AIR CONDITIONING, Queens size Bed, desk and chair inside the room. 3. The room has a window, it looks out to the park view. 4. The rental is $850/month including PUB bills and Wifi. 5. Tenant may use the air-con in the room. However, as the HIGH electricity cost, usage of the air-con shall STRICTLY between 7pm till next morning 7am or maximum twelve (12) hours a day only. 6. Yew Tee MRT, Yew Tee Point shopping centre, as well as park, swimming pool and gym are within 5 mins walking distance. 7. Cooking & Visitor is strictly "NOT" allowed. 8.
