- Nearby bus stops to mrts and malls. The bus to lakeside mrt is just downstairs 5 mins ride.

- 2 to 5 minutes walk to market, shop houses, other food centres, bank/ATM and clinic.
- Direct bus to Jurong Point mall (Boon Lay mrt), West Mall (Bukit Batok mrt), Jem/Westgate (Jurong East mrt)
- Will share room with 1 female Malaysian Chinese working professional and additional 4 others female Malaysian Chinese working professional in other rooms (Master room has own bathroom).
- The available bed is the one near to the window (inside)
- Individual: SUPER single bed + SEAHORSE mattress + mattress protector + bedsheet + sliding wardrobe + mirror + study table + chair + door hanger + shoesrack space + kitchen storage space + bathroom space
- Sharing with room-mate: aircon + standing fan
- Sharing with all: washing machine + fridge + living room + kitchen + dishes rack
- 475$ per month (all-in).
- Deposit 1 month rental with 1 month notice period.

- Valid pass is required because we will register your stay to HDB website.
- Long term stay is preferred.
- Under HDB regulation, the minimum stay is 6 months.
- Aircon usage is at night only (8-6). Max aircon usage is 10 hours in a day.
- Usage for washing machine is up to 2x in a week.
- If bring other electronic stuff eg. rice cooker will need to contribute a little to the electricity bills. The contribution depends on the usage from 10$ in a month.
- No visitor is allowed for safety and comfort for all housemates. If it is necessary to have visitor, please seek permission from landlord first. Once ok, landlord will alert the remaining housemates.
- The current tenant went back to her hometown for good after 9 years staying here :)
