which is convenient if u are working at SGH .
If u dont like the current existing bed and you prefer Queen bed or double bed,
this can be done but only after security deposit plus 1st month rent plus $280 has already been paid by tenant and balance of cost of new bed will be paid by me ,
then i will go look for alternative bed that u prefer.
Bedroom is available from 31 July 2025 onwards.
RENT : $1250 if only 1 tenant staying , or $1300 if 2 tenants staying ,
or $1500 if 3 tenants staying in bedroom ,
PLUS total monthly (electricity +water + gas + high speed internet wifi +estate fees ) divide by 4
if 1 tenant or 2 tenants using bedroom ,
or divide by 3 if have 3 tenants using bedroom .

Cooking of any food any day any time is allowed and much welcomed.
All cooking utensils ,
eg air fryer and hot water dispenser and frying pan and can opener and knives and pots and pans,and spoons and forks and plates and cups and microwave oven and rice cooker and 3 gas stoves are provided ,but if u want to use your own kitchen items ,thats ok too.
Hot water in toilet shower rooms.
Bath tub in one toilet shower room .
Total 2 toilet shower rooms for u to use.
Large refrigerator provided for u in bedroom to store all your groceries for yourself
Aircon in bedroom .
Beautiful bedroom with beautiful lights +beautiful decorations.
One toilet or shower room is 3 steps from your bedroom door ,
and second toilet or shower room is nearer to kitchen area.
My younger sister will clean house and toilets and make sure the house is very very clean everyday.
But u need to clean your own bedroom during the stay .
Nice, easy going , kind, generous, considerate , friendly, patient house owner,
and u can easily feel comfortable here, and u can come and go in and out of house any time u like .
Your family members can come to visit u and see u when they come to Singapore.
Your friends can come visit u during the stay (But not everyday ,and no overnight stays by your friends here.)
Large refrigerator + clothes Wardrobes + study tables + wooden racks + shoe racks + mirror + chairs+beds+ aircon +electric fan all provided for your use in your bedroom .
I (the apartment owner ) will get technicians to come to clean and service and clean the aircon regularly to ensure air is clean and aircon is cold, at my own cost .
Washing machine provided in kitchen area.
Smoking is not allowed.
Half minute walk to the park, 4 minutes walk to swimming pool.
U can walk to Singapore General Hospital using short cut overhead bridge,
which is convenient if u are working at SGH .
1 to 7 minutes travel time using car, taxi or subway mrt to orchard,vivo, Sentosa, Bugis, SGH ,NUS, SMU ,Raffles,City hall,chinatown,outram. Many many buses passing bus stop just downstairs.
5 minutes walk to famous Tiong Bahru market.

will be placed outside your bedroom door .
Online delivery parcel collection station is just downstairs below apartment ,
so its super convenient for u if u love doing online shopping .
