We have another long term lady tenant in the other room with her 2 cats. 2 pax - $1200/ mth 3 pax - $1500/ mth 4 pax - $1900/mth -move in 15 July 2025 -must be ok with cats -wardrobe provided -queen bed provided -stand fan and aircon -any additional furnitures can be discussed -minimum 1 year contract (deposit 1 mth rental upfront upon confirmation) -No restrictions on aircon usage (unless tenants abused) I.e leaving aircon turned on while out etc - AC servicing every 3 mths included -cooking allowed -includes storage space for fridge (ingredients) and space In kitchen cabinet for spices and seasonings etc -toaster oven and microwave can use -wifi and pub included -can report to HDB for change of address -can have visitors but need inform prior -location : BIk 653A Punggol Drive high floor Any questions please pm and we can discuss further on anything we have missed out.
