Super single bed size (1 BR for 1 pax only). 2. ⁠Size of the bedroom is 3.3m x 2.45m 3. ⁠Prefer tenant : *Ladies only* to be convinient for my wife when I am on business travel. 4. ⁠Stewardess if possible (coz location near airport, nearest MRT is Upper Changi) 5. ⁠Condo name is *Tropicana* 6. ⁠Living Rm, Dining, Kitchen (light cooking only for tenant) and Washing Machine are sharing with landlord 7. ⁠Toilet level 1 is only for tenants 8. ⁠Landlord stay at level 2 9. ⁠All furnitures are brand new and house just finished renovation 10. ⁠One Bedroom has small window : S$1200/mth (incl. PUB, WiFi & condo maintenance) 11. ⁠One Bedroom no window : S$1100/mth (incl. PUB, WiFi & condo maintenance) 12. We subscribe with a regular bi-weekly cleaner to clean up toilets and our house. This is included in the monthly rental fee as an additional benefit. 13.
