My block is 211 Boon Lay Place, opposite of Boon Lay CC, well known Power Nasi Lemak and many other nice foods with the amenities. Walking distance of 10mins to Lakeside MRT station. Advertised Rental meant for Share (front corridor) common room, Rental for Single is $450 or two pax for $1,000.00. As we will be sharing the two toilets in the kitchen #not suitable for male tenants. I will provide the Bed, Cupboard and Fan. Preferably can move in early of July 2025. Can cook, I don’t use the kitchen but please keep it clean and make sure cockroach FREE🙏 No agent fee. Thanks. Owner
