We are renting the entire flat as tenants on a 2-year lease 📅 Availability: 23 Nov 2026 📍 140048, 5 mins walk from Queenstown MRT, buses to city 💰 SGD 1,636/month before expenses: utilities, wifi, fortnightly cleaning, aircon servicing. Expenses are split equally 🛁 En-suite bathroom 🛌 Partly furnished: bed, desk, and chair belong to the outgoing tenant. Please note that you might need to buy yours ❌ No owner staying. To share common space: living room, kitchen, washing machine. No dryer ✅ Preference: single tenant, preferred female. Other tenants are 1 female and 1 male. Working professionals with office hours and hybrid WFO/WFH Living environment 🧼 We keep shared living area clean, e.g. wash our own dishes immediately as helper only comes fortnightly 🎧 Quiet.
