The Room
The bedroom is approximately 8 sqm / 86 sq ft, with a window overlooking greenery. It is fully air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. The window has Venetian blinds and blackout roller blind.
The room has been thoughtfully designed and furnished to make efficient use of the space while creating comfortable and pleasing environment.
It includes a new single bed with wood-and-rattan frame, bedside table and reading lamp, a three-door wardrobe with mirror, shelves, a foldable wall-mounted table with two stools for working or dining, a bed tray for a laptop or breakfast, and a rug. Extra pillows, blanket, bed linen and towels, hangers, iron, ironing board and drying rack are provided.
Everything is ready for the tenant to move in with very little additional equipment.
The room has its own compact pantry, allowing for light meal preparation. It is equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, blender, water dispenser, tea and coffee pots, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses and cups.
The bathroom is for the sole use of the tenant and is not shared. It contains a WC and shower, mirror and shelf. It is located immediately outside the bedroom and is reached via the covered veranda/corridor. It has its own lock and is exclusively used by the occupant of the room.

A friendly cat lives in the main home. However, the entrances and living spaces are separate, the tenant does not need to interact with the cat unless they wish to.
