[Last Common Room] Hi there, I am currently renovating my newly bought unit and I have 2 common rooms available for ladies rental. The master bedroom and one of the common room had been taken ... only left with 1 more Common Room for a single lady tenant. I'm currently renovating the unit and if you don't mind, you can pm me to arrange a viewing this weekend. As you would be the first tenant, your preference in the following would be considered : - bedframe - mattress/bedsheets - other request (eg study table, bedside table ) Other information about the unit : - it's on the 6th floor with all windows with greenery views - all furnishing, appliances would be new from the renovation - 700m to upcoming Toh Guan MRT station (to be opened around 2027/2028) - next to new supermarket in Toh Guan Grove (Apr 2026) - 10mins walk to IMM - 2-3 bus stops to IBP
